Property Cleaning Services

Regal Property Management offers a reliable and comprehensive cleaning service that includes Departure Clean, Laundry Service, Maid Service and Freshen up Clean.  All the services offered by RPM can be tailored to suit your individual requirements. Our staff approaches their work in a professional and discrete manner and we guarantee that personnel are of good character.

FULL CLEAN - DEPARTURE CLEAN

Our Departure Clean is meticulous and includes the following:

• Windows inside and out, shutters and runners
• Outside furniture, sweep and wash balcony and terrace areas
• Thorough clean of bedrooms, bathrooms, sitting room, dining area, kitchen
• Checking all cupboards, wardrobes and drawers and cleaning and tidying
• Sweep/vacuum wash floors throughout
• Cleaning of Microwave, oven, fridge and dishwasher
• Dressing each room so that it is welcoming for guests

LAUNDRY SERVICE

A professional launderette undertakes all laundry.  The service comprises wash, dry and pressing.  All laundry is charged by the kilogram and receipts are available along with an itemized list on the items taken.  RPM will charge a handling fee for the collection and delivery of all laundry.

MAID SERVICE

We offer a Mid Week visit to provide fresh towels and clean bathrooms and a Weekly visit to provide fresh towels, change bed linen, clean bathrooms and generally clean the other rooms on the premises.

FRESHEN UP CLEAN

If your property has been empty for a while and a clean is not required, we offer a Freshen Up service, whereby we will air all rooms and clean outside areas and put out patio/balcony furniture, make beds up and check that all is presentable.
